Greeting Cards

I really want to get or make my boyfriend something for Valentine's Day. The trouble is, he doesn't really like the day (he's still getting me something though), and he's not all that romantic or sentimental (as I am).

I was originally going to give him a really clever card (which I'm still going to do) and then a handmade envelope (quarterfold out of vellum-colored paper with a pretty design on the back in the bottom left-hand corner) filled with my favorite poems (and almost all of them are about love).

But now I don't know. We haven't said, "I love you" to one another yet, and I know I care about him more than he cares about me (we talked about it). I just don't want to go overboard with this, given the kind of person he is and the above.

Any ideas what I can do/make/get for him instead?
