Homemade gift ideas? HELP?

Ok so I have been with my fiance for about 3 years now and I need to think of something to make him for valentines day. I am not cooking dinner because he wants to go out, and I cant do a scrapbook thing cause we have only one picture of us together and its framed in the living room (we hate taking pictures) I need something that I can make with pretty basic items because I cant go buy supplies without him knowing lol
